• Each person may register only one account — multiple registrations under the same mobile number or bank account are not permitted.

• Keep your login credentials (username and password) strictly to yourself — sharing them with anyone else is not permitted.
• The account holder is responsible for any activity carried out by anyone who accesses their account.

As part of the KYC (Know Your Customer) process, 77dd may request a photo of your national ID or passport. This is in line with international standards and is done to keep your account secure. Once verified, all future transactions will proceed without any issues.

• Withdrawals may only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Large withdrawals may be held up if KYC has not been completed beforehand.
• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — withdrawal is only possible after the rollover requirement has been met.

• Once a bet is placed, it cannot be cancelled unless the match or event itself is cancelled.
• If a match is cancelled or abandoned, the stake for that bet will be refunded to the user's wallet.

• 77dd reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a technical error.
• If there is evidence linking a bet to match-fixing or any other unethical activity, the bet and any associated winnings will be voided.
• Each bet has a maximum stake limit, which is displayed on the bet slip within the platform.

77dd is committed to maintaining a fair platform. The following activities may result in account suspension or permanent closure.

• Creating multiple accounts under the same identity — even for the purpose of claiming bonuses.
• Placing bets using automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Exploiting loopholes in bonus terms to claim bonuses dishonestly — including odds arbitrage or mirror betting.
• Sharing your account or wallet with another person, or allowing a third party to operate it on your behalf.
• Using 77dd for money laundering or processing funds from illegal sources.
• Attempting to hack or circumvent the platform's security systems.
• Exploiting technical errors to gain an unfair advantage.

When any of these violations are detected, 77dd will issue a warning on the first occurrence. A repeat violation will result in account closure and the balance may be withheld. In serious cases, the relevant authorities may also be notified.

77dd takes your personal data seriously. Information provided during registration is used solely for service delivery, identity verification, and security purposes.
